Welcome to E-ACT Oldham Academy North.
The Oldham Academy North is an ambitious academy with the drive and motivation to ensure all our students are successful.
We are immensely proud of our students and our academy and have high expectations of all members of our team, no exceptions. We believe that endurance is one of the keys to being successful: which is why it is one of our core values that we instil and promote in our students daily.
Ensuring that all students are doing well in their academic studies whilst developing strong and responsible character involves absolute commitment from every member of the team: staff, students and parents.
We believe that every student should have access to the English Baccalaureate at GCSE (English, maths, science, Geography/History and a language) as these qualifications allow for more opportunities when they leave us.
As the Headteacher, I firmly believe that education is the greatest lever in ensuring we are giving young people choices and the opportunity to carve their own future, regardless of background, race or gender. Every student deserves the best and I will strive to strive to ensure that, at TOAN, every student has the support, guidance and challenge they need to flourish.
Working alongside our Trust, E-ACT, we ensure that everything we do is manifested in the three values:
